Industrial Solutions (UK) Limited was incorporated in England in May 2003 while Process Equipment Parts Limited was incorporated in Nigeria in August 2003. Industrial Solutions UK Limited is responsible for the international operation activities of both firms while Process Equipment Parts Nigeria Limited - (PEPL) is responsible for all operational activities of both firms in
Nigeria.

PEPL is licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources to operate within
the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry as a supplier of oil and gas industry tools
and equipment as well as safety equipment. Through its close alliance with
Industrial Solutions UK Limited, PEPL is today positioned to offer products and services that are not readily accessible and available within
the country.

and supplier of high temperature rubber molded products, high quality stainless steel, brass and iron products for the oilfield and commercial industries. TLK tests new and better materials to meet the demands for ever-changing well conditions.

Industrial Solutions has also facilitated joint venture, technology and
know-how transfer between companies in Europe and The USA and other Oil
